- Khanyisa High School welcomes all learners who want to prepare themselves for their future careers and who respect the Catholic Ethos and practices of the school
- Daily morning prayers and hoisting of the flags at 07:30 am must be attended by all and respectful participation is required.
- Respect must be shown during morning prayers and during assemblies.
- Correct uniform, including of student card must be worn at all times.
- On WEDNESDAYS students must wear their house colours and the school track suit.
- School gate close at 07:25 am – Late coming is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
- The use of, carrying of any prohibited material or substances will have serious consequences for the offender. Random substance testing and searches for illegal material will be conducted at any time. Respect for school properties, all of the staff members and respect for each other must be shown. Treat others the same way you want to be treated.
- All learners must carry the correct books following the daily time table and uncovered books will be confiscated by the class teacher or subject teacher.
- Learners who achieve level 1 in any test or assignment will attend afternoon class for those subjects. Afternoon classes are from 15:15 pm to 16:30 pm.
- Absentees must submit written reasons for being absent on returning to the school to the class teacher.
- All prefects must be respected and their requests must be adhered to.
- Cleanliness of the classroom and the immediate area around the classroom is the responsibility of the whole class.
- Each learner is responsible for the cleanliness of his/her own table and chair.
- The e-mail addresses of all parents must be submitted via the class teacher to the admin office.
- On Mondays to Fridays except Wednesday, all staff and learners will be dressed formally. Learners must wear the prescribed school uniform.
