Built Khanyisa Children’s Home – a home for vulnerable children. The home currently accommodates thirty (30) children ranging from infancy to primary school goers. The first vehicle for the home was a donation from Mr. S. M Vattakunnel, a Toyota Camry. Now the Children’s Home has two vehicles and a Mercedes Benz Vito for transporting children to school
Together with the prefects of 2015 – 2016, the principal built a two bedroomed house for a very deserving old lady from KwaPayne location who was so unlucky in life to the extent that at an age of 70+ she was renting room with her daughter and four grandchildren. The prefects discovered the plight of this old lady when they were delivering food parcels to the deserving families around KwaPayne. The learners every year collect tons of non–perishable foods on top of the money they collect during the Lenten season for the poorest of the poor.
