Khanyisa High School facilities in 2021

  • Paved grounds with well-established and well-maintained gardens.
  • 26 classrooms, carpeted with CCTV cameras, projectors and interactive boards in some classes.
  • Four extra classrooms for splitting Mathematics classes
  • A 20 x 25m hall with a kitchen, toilets, a prayer room and a boardroom.
  • An administration block with a director’s office, a principal’s office, two deputy principals’ offices, accounts office, a reception office with printing machines, four HODs’ cubicles, a staff room (with two store rooms, a kitchen, a printing room, and a sick room).

Future Plans

  • A pre-school will be built so as to accommodate the Children’s home children and will children from the nearby communities.
  • All classrooms will be fitted with projectors and interactive boards.

Mr. S.M. Vattakunnel is a man of vision, he has done so much for this community and is still striving to do more. He believes strongly in second chances.
